Judge Rules:

1) When you become a judge...You cannot participate in the contest...

2) Each judge is allow to vote up to five times on five different entries they choose

3) Each Contest Entry that you choose for one of your five votes
cannot be voted again more than once...

Here are the rules in order to qualify for the contest (Please read):

1) Entry must be new, and the choices for the themes to choose from for your background for your contest entry deviation are as of follows:

A) Must be underwater with an arctic setting (Example: [link] )
B) Above water with ice flows of any kind (Example: [link] )
C) Surface frozen winter landscape (Example: [link] )

It has to be one of the three. If it does not match the theme I specify, it does not qualify.

2) Only up to two mermaids max per picture, two pictures maximum per person.

3) Mermaids must be drawn wearing a top. (no topless or hentai allowed, must be kept clean)

4) Mild fanservice allowed.

5) You may only draw my favorite Pokémon Girls, Tales of Abyss Girls, and Star Ocean Girls as mermaids that
I have listed here with one of the two options that you can choose from:

A) Crossovers from two different anime/video games in one picture are acceptable too. It only applies for the female charcaters I like.

B) Main Male Hero Pairing up with One of my favorite female charcaters in the anime/videogame that they are both from is also acceptable, but cannot crossover from two different animes/videogames. You may make the main hero that you choose as a merman, or a regular human with the favorite female charcater that you also chose.
